HCBS are types of person-centered supports delivered in the home and community. A variety of health and human services can be provided. KBEC’s services are person-centered and designed to enable people to stay in their homes and live a life full of possibilities and making dreams come alive.

KBEC's services help individuals to reside and successfully participate in the community, foster employment, independence, and autonomy, and encourage the development of a self-directed and fulfilling lifestyle.
